Andreas Werner adds to the team 18+yrs of experience in building up tech and software businesses. He established a successful software development company in the 2000s and went on to expand his knowledge to automotive software and  robotics. Andreas co-founded Agilion GmbH, a globally recognized technology leader in RTLS (real-time location systems). Andreas combines strong team spirit with the right sense for customer needs,  a strong focus towards success and  a deep passion for tech entrepreneurship. Andreas is a globally acknowledged pioneer in industrial IoT.

Roger Dorsch looks back at 15+ years in Finance and Capital Markets. He held roles as CFO for the Central Europe and before that for Switzerland at Mars Inc., a multinational FMCG. As CFO, he was in charge of all aspects re: finance,accounting, team leadership, organizational development and strategy. Prior, Roger was a Senior Finance Manager at The Procter & Gamble Company, working across the entire value chain from sales/marketing to R&D/product supply, covering diverse regions outside of Europe across a number of different roles. Roger has a strong passion for entrepreneurship and anything that relates to Capital Markets, Finance and Operations. 

Stefan brings almost 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship and innovation development to the team. His focus is on strategy, HR and impact. As a student, Stefan managed a political youth organization and co-founded his first start-up. He moved on to pioneer innovation ecosystem development with multinational organizations (e.g. UN, World Bank, Deloitte) in emerging economies for more than a decade. Furthermore, Stefan promoted international scientific collaboration in climate-tech and managed an international business college in a multi-ethnic (post) conflict setting.

Sven Sieber is a computational scientist. He is an expert in software engineering, IoT, wireless communication, robotics and AI. Sven has 18+ years of experience in international sales, project management and business development in automotive, public transport, industrial automation as well as IT. He worked with business partners worldwide co-founding with Andreas Agilion in 2004, which got acquired by Siemens in 2018. Sven is a globally acknowledged pioneer in industrial IoT.
